Friends of Valley Park

Hi everyone. You may recall a poll a while back regarding a 2027 Valley Park calendar. We are now accepting photographs for the calendar.

Photos need to be of Valley Park flora or fauna and need to be of a good enough quality to be included in a calendar. We’re not looking for expertly taken shots or solely professional images but we do ask that they are minimum 1Mb in size so that they don’t look pixelated on the pages.

Can you please also include a rough estimate of the time of year the photo was taken too as we’ll try our best to align these with the months on the calendar.

There may be multiple images per month on the calendar so the more entries the better.

Unfortunately images cannot be taken from replies to this post on Facebook as the quality is serious degraded in comment replies.

If there is a particular post on this Facebook group you would like me to have a look at and consider then send an email to the above address with the date and time of the post and I’ll see if the photo can be downloaded.

Deadline for submissions will be end of June so that we can organise getting the calendars printed ahead of the various events planned this year.
